What is fulfillment? Students will learn about the ancillary services a print media organization can offer, including the management, storage, shipping and mailing of printed materials to clients or end users. Logistics are covered in detail, ranging from basic pick-and-pack operations to sophisticated, Web-enabled programs that provide client interfaces and order and inventory management.
