Philosophy of Love and Sex
This course explores historical and contemporary philosophical perspectives on love and sex. Themes may include the nature of erotic love and friendship; monogamy and its alternatives; the relationship between love and sexual desire; the experience of lust, jealousy, and heartbreak; the ethics and influence of porn; the politics of heteronormativity and gender binarism; and sex technology.
